With over 44 years combined experience, the owners, Crystal Kasselman and Juanita de Lange, have the experience and knowledge to be your business partners of choice when choosing your team to assist you with your next event.
Crystal joined the professional conference organizing industry in 1992 and boasts an uninterrupted professional career in this industry for the last 19 years. Crystal has served on the South African Association for the conference industry (SAACI) as Chairperson, Board Member, Treasurer, belonged as a Patron Member of SAACI, a member of ICCA as well as an active member of the Cape Town Tourism. Amongst her success stories, Crystal was project manager for many large international conferences in her previous role as General Manager of a large PCO company as well as in her current position of Co-Owner of Centeq Events. Crystal brings a wealth of knowledge of systems and procedures, project management, HR, secretarial administration, client liaison, financial management, PR and marketing to Centeq Events.
