Kindly note that these terms and conditions will be specific and set per event and is also dependant on client specifications
All cancellations and/or changes to registration must be made in writing and sent by email or fax to the congress organiser: All cancellations will only be processed or considered once receipt is acknowledged by the organisers. (We cannot be held responsible for non delivery of letters of request)
If cancellation is received before a specified date (still to be determined-3 months prior to event date): A cancellation fee amounting to a % of the fee charged will be retained by the organizers as handling fee. If cancellation is received after cancellation date mentioned above, no refund will be made.
Refunds will be processed within a month after receipt of the letter of cancellation.
There is no refund of registration in the case of no-show.
Please note: All fees will be deducted in South African Rand.
Due to inter-bank exchange rate conversions and other circumstances beyond our control we are not able to guarantee that the exact USD amount will be debited to your account. Any benefit or loss on this conversion is to your account.
