Abstract Management - Speakers can manage their abstract and paper submissions. A speaker can see all their existing papers, upload replacements, delete papers, and submit new ones. You can control the dates between which each of these actions is possible, and set any rules based on paper status (such as not replacing or deleting a paper that has been confirmed).
Reviewers can download papers assigned to them for review, and score them
Committee members can manage the approval of papers

Supplier Guidelines - An event requires many suppliers and when deciding who to appoint, it might be easier to see the big picture of what the total project is going to need and then to make the best decision that will suit you.. Some companies offer all of these services under one roof, however depending on the volumes, we would suggest that specialists are used based on their strong attributes and what is best suited for the client and the event.
